Allure Apartments

The apartment block is comprised of 111 high end residential apartments. The development consisted of 9 buildings on a podium slab with carparking underneath. The buildings vary in height from 2 storeys to 5 storeys. The buildings are aligned in a sophisticated pattern designed to blend into the landscape. Every apartment has a minimum of 2 facades with a range of balconies and winter gardens that bring the outside in through 2.7-meter-high floor to ceiling windows.

ST MATTHEWS CHURCH

The creation of a new community centre, adjacent to the heritage listed St Matthews Church provides a multi-purpose venue for the church community. Working in conjunction with Midson Group, Quasar have delivered a contemporary designed project that is both aesthetically pleasing and yet robust in nature. Quasar are particularly happy with the way the two buildings sit seamlessly together, whilst still providing indoor and outdoor space for all community activities.

ST OLIVER'S CHURCH HARRIS PARK

On behalf of the Catholic Diocese of Parramatta, Quasar were engaged to deliver a upgrade, refurbishment and extension to St Oliver’s Church.

THE PONDS

This facility functions as The Ponds Community Centre and is the living heart of the new residential precinct, Second Ponds.
The design incorporates many ESD initiatives to achieve both a 4.5-star AGBR and a 4-star Green Star Rating. The project complies with the new Section J - Energy Efficient Provisions of the BCA (Building Code of Australia)

Infants Home

Quasar was awarded the contract to construct two Early Childhood Education Buildings and an Administration building, within the grounds of the 1850's built Gorton House Estate. An up-grade of the Property's Civil and Infrastructure works was also undertaken during the 10 month construction period which included carrying out 5 months of night work to the busy Frederick Street/Parramatta Road intersection. The spectacular landscaping work brings together the old with the new to create a functional education facility for young children.
